WOODEN LOG COOKING IN THE VILLAGE'S OVEN OF BIOT

living heritage, the oven offers great workshops around the french & provencal gastronomy. Nowadays, it is a way to conserve and promote a sustainable activity: for the 3rd year, more than 48 days are already planned !

Chat about cooking 
The first week-end of every month, from 9am to 4pm a tasty habit comes to life at the village oven : in a warm & friendly atmosphere, you can talk about cooking, take the time to share your cooking secrets & learn the technique of baking into a traditional oven.

Bake your dishes
The first week-end of the month from 9am to 3pm. From expert chefs to beginners, rediscover the incredible taste of a wooden burning oven to cook your dishes. Come & bake your sweet and savoury meals (ceramic dishes only).

Attend tastings
Every 1st saturday of the month, at 2pm, you can learn how to cook a traditional "fougassoun" (a speciality of Biot), the focaccia & other recipes can be learnt during baking classes, free of charge animated by Christian Vinciguerra.
